Lovely house, very clean and had everything we needed

Clean house. Very comfortable rooms and beds. Large conservatory and garden with table/chairs Pleasant stroll into town centre 15 mins as promised in the literature. Quiet residential area. Also the clear instructions especially as to how to deal with rubbish/bedlinen/towels. Its really helpful when owners do this

Lovely house, very clean and tidy. Towels and bedding supplied and very clean. Kitchen well equipped and included tea, coffee, sugar and milk. Dishwasher & washer tabs, kitchen roll, foil and various other essentials also supplied. Nice sized rooms, lovely big conservatory, neat garden with outdoor furniture. Four bedrooms are a nice size especially the master which has an ensuite shower room. Bathroom a good size and ground floor toilet. Toilet paper and shower gell etc supplied too. All instructions clear and easy to follow and any questions we asked were answered promptly. All in all a very nice place to stay 😊

Good parking - driveway parking Good size house Garden - generally a positive but we didn’t use the back due to the weather so can’t comment on that but I imagine families with young children would have preferred the lawn mown Good amount of lounge seating Dining table a good size, though a few additional dining chairs would be useful Good directions to house and local facilities Walking distance to shops (with directions) House clean and presented well New kitchen appliances and dishwasher

No shower in the main bathroom, and shower in ensuite is very small toilets old flush system - and took several attempts to flush No clothes dryer and only small clothes rack for drying. Master bed - mattress uncomfortable Not enough crockery and cutlery for a family for the day to allow efficient use of the dishwasher
