Suburban Studios Syracuse Fairgrounds

Breakfast wasn't included. The hotel was clean and comfortable.

all

It was really difficult when showering because the water wasn't warm; it was cold or merely lukewarm. Everything else was great, but it was quite difficult dealing with the lack of hot water while showering and the noise from the floor above, which persisted from daytime until 10 PM.

Room was clean.

Shower heads are too low and no coffee in the rooms

The meal was okay. Nothing special. Water and juice machine not working. Jimmy Dean Croissant breakfast sandwich was convenient.

See above. The Quality Inn rooms show definite renovation and improvement. The room I had was dated and needed renovation. The bathroom grout was old, mildewed and cleaned to the best of their ability. The bath and sink had chipped and rusted enamel. The kitchenette had nothing to use to cook/eat/drink in its cupboards. They were empty. What is the use of this option, to then not able to use it?
