How unbelievably lucky was I to find out at the last minute the booking I made in Rome a year ago didn’t have lift and up 4 floors. So back to Booking . com and hit the jackpot. An amazing 3-4 bed apartment with three bathrooms a lift and in one of the best locations in Rome. I can only think they had a last minute cancellation. The host was fabulously responsive as they were not actually on sight. Amazing tratorrias 50 meters away not to mention outside front door, semi flat meandering walks everywhere, supermarket 20 meters down the street.

there was absolute nothing to not like except for us only having 2 nights here

Space and nearby restaurants and mini mart. Plenty of of room for a family of 9.

Could have had a few more towels. Otherwise, things were great.

I love how the host left us extra amenities, especially things like coffee and sugar for us since the kitchen, it was very thoughtful in my opinion to have like that for our stay

One of the ones to the rules of the sliding door that didn’t fully close. Another room had an AC that didn’t pull up the room as much

Location

Very rude @ checkin. Not flexible even by 1 minute. Not even accepting luggage before 1:30 pm. We had to leave 9 pcs of luggage @ the street and we take turns to be around them. When my son dropped the luggage after 1:30 pm, he was not allowed to use the toilet. He was asked to leave immediately. Only 1 AC was cold enough in a very hot Rome weather.
