We stayed 3 nights in this comfortable apartment. We didn't cook much but the kitchen is well equipped (except for a microwave). WiFi is good, and there was plenty of hot water. The location is great: supermarkets are very close, and there are lots of good cafes and restaurants close by (around the via. XX Septembre) - we liked Casa Pepe and Mapo Fusion. Great to have parking.

A couple of warnings: the apartment is on the 3rd floor and there IS a lift/elevator that does most of the work, but you will have to negotiate a few stairs (the lift drops you at floor 3.5). The parking spot is tight for a bigger car. Our car was 4.84m long and barely fit in, with a lot of back and forth and an assistant to tell me how much clearance I had. But if your car is about 4.5m or shorter, you'll be fine.

Apartament jest dość kompletnie wyposażony. Super, że jest miejsce parkingowe, bo w tej dzielnicy dość trudno jakieś znaleźć. Super lokalizacja. Czysto, przyjemnie, mieszkanie położone na chyba 3 piętrze, więc nie przeszkadza zgiełk ulicy. Bezproblemowy odbiór kluczy. Brak klimatyzacji to lekkie wyzwanie, ale my całe dni spędzaliśmy i tak na mieście albo na łonie natury, więc aż tak tego nie odczuliśmy. Gospodarz zadbał o zamiennik - dmuchawę, która nieco łagodziła sierpniowe upały. Ogólnie polecam! Fajne miejsce.

Very central location. Appreciate off street parking. Excellent communication and helpful videos. Bonus addition of air conditioning unit in living room was appreciated.

At first the communication was great easy Check in process. They send videos to watch but you have to put up with adds. Once in the apartment it is much smaller than the photo. All the items listed on booking.com arnt in the apartment. Breakfast is included but you have to go out to the street to a bakery. We didn't bother cos we like to have breakfast in our apartment. When I asked for a kettle which is a basic item and is listed in contents I was told to "use a pot, it's just as good" and I should have asked for a kettle. That doesn't wash with me. As it was warm and stuffy we tried to get the air conditioner going It wouldn't work. When we contacted them they said there is no air conditioner despite the contents saying there is one. I think booking.com should review this apartment and change what is provided. They also have QR codes everywhere which you are expected to find out information from. On a positive side the location was great.

The fact that listed items were not in apartment and the fact that I was told I should have asked for a kettle on booking and I didn't like their response. Also why list that air conditioning is available when it isn't and a dishwasher
