In a small village located at the gateway to the Côte d'Or and the Jura, this pretty independent house offers a welcome for 4 (or even 5) people. An ideal place for a rejuvenating stay with family or friends. Classified as a 3-star furnished tourist accommodation.

On the first floor, you will find a dining room open to the kitchen, a living room (sofa bed for 2 people), a large bathroom and separate toilet, upstairs 2 bedrooms (4 modular 1-person beds for 2 people) and a shower room. To enhance your stay, this house has a large enclosed plot equipped with a barbecue and garden furniture. Parking of vehicles possible within the property.

This village crossed by the Doubs river and with many ponds benefits from a Natura 2000 classification. Many nature activities including fishing, hiking and cycling.
Other sports, cultural and gastronomic activities nearby.
3 km away, you will access the typical and commercial village of Pierre de Bresse offering all services and shops where you can discover its very pretty castle and ecomuseum.
Quick access to the tourist sites of the Jura (lakes, mountains, etc.) and Côte d'Or (Beaune hospice, vineyards) or others according to your desires.

This property is located in a small village, is well equipped but requires visitors to have a vehicle as not convenient to any shops.
The property sleeps 6 via two upstairs bedrooms and aoungr that converts to a bed.
The temperature in yhe upstairs rooms were 35 degrees even with the window open. This is not posdible to sleep in these temperatures using the upstairs rooms even with an air cooler.
The refrigerator also struggled to keep food cool and may need servicing.
This is an ideal house to stay in as a base for touring the area.
