The house was well equipped and

The host was very attentive and quick to respond to our needs.

The house was phenomenal. Totally recommend of large family to stay there. The Living Room is humongous. The pool is perfect. You get great sun throughout the day. Grill was extremely clean, which is always a plus. We will be renting here again.

This house was perfect for our annual family vacation with myself and my husband, his parents, his sister & her husband and our two teenagers! We loved hanging out in the big open kitchen and family room, morning coffee on the screened in porch, and lounging outside by the pool! The LSV and bikes were perfect for getting around Watercolor and 30A. We did have an issue with two of the upstairs toilets not flushing properly, and after initially asking me for a photo/video of the issue (Ew!), they sent maintenance out without the photo/video. My husband and I stayed in the carriage house bedroom and, while we loved the extra privacy, there was an odd smell that we carried home with us. Overall we enjoyed our family vacation at this house and would definitely go back!
