We had the best time! We will definitely be back!

The waterpark was everything for the kids. It was better then Great Wolf lodge

Wonderful place to stay

The room itself was well equipped, clean, and roomy. It was in a great location for the convention center. Unfortunately, the room above of was incredibly disruptive with loud music, partying, loud bangs/ stomping and furniture constantly sliding across the floor til 3 am BOTH nights we stayed. Our daughter had very early mornings both nights for an all day volleyball tournament at the convention center, so it left us exhausted. We called the front desk 4 times the first night from 11 pm to 2:30 am being told security would handle it. The 4th time we called we were told the room above us wasnt opening their door and nothing was done. The 2nd night, the same situation, we left extremely tired as we could not sleep. Overall, I'd recommend this place, but there must be some type of security protocol put in place for disruptive guests. Very disappointed.
