After booking I was sent emails asking for more verification because a fraud alert came across. I was not getting their emails. They text me to follow up. We went back-and-forth because I was not comfortable sending a selfie with my ID next to my face. I followed up with VRBO in three different calls. They assured me with the first two calls that they cannot ask for that information because it didn’t say in details but the third VRBO representative was lazy and didnt even try to help matters because it was after hours to get a hold of the owner. My payment had gone through at least 3 weeks prior, fine print did not mention that you would have to have a selfie with id. I was very concerned doing this for privacy reasons and did not see any need to do this when they already had full payment. The house was very clean and great for the amount of people we had but it was much further from Disney than we like to stay because we like to leave the park & take a break. It did say it was about 22 minutes. Wiith no traffic it was 22 minutes but 30/32 minutes normally. I know it also mentions that there were very basic supplies so we did bring toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, dish soap, and hand soap for the bathrooms. That was an inconvenience to have to pack all of that for a 4 night stay. We have never seen the place for that little supply. Owner was very quick to respond to messages and fix a few things when we first got there.

The property was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay, was a pleasure to come back to the house after a hard day at the track.

The house was very clean and conveniently located to the theme parks in the area. It was nice to have three bathrooms and the patio area is relaxing. There is no shower door in primary and no door separating primary bedroom from bathroom.

Overall the house is a nice layout for family. Only complaint is cleanliness there was hair all over the floor when we arrived and the garage was very dirty even had a hamburger bun on the ground when we first opened the door we didn’t even use it and behind the bunk beds there was a bunch of stuff cleaners should get down there and get under the bunks since typically kids will be sleeping in this room I feel like cleaners overall could do a better job. We left early once booked it was hard to get ahold of anyone. Unfortunately would not book again.
