Nice property in the back of Sandestin. It’s walking distance to the Village. It is older so obviously lacks shine but the bay/golf view is pretty. There is no balcony. The only negative we really had was the towels desperately need replaced. They were stained and not white at all. Thankyou for a nice 4 day trip!

We always love visiting Baytowne Wharf. The room was great. The cleanliness wasn’t the best but the room was still pretty great overall. The parking and check-in/out processes were streamlined and made it much easier to maneuver.

This was a great location and we enjoyed the property amenities. The view was great from the room as well!

The location was great however there was barely any easy parking in the garage. The pool was very nice and nice walk to the village. The room however had dusty floors and there was only one blanket for the bed and was only given 4 towels for four nights for me and wife. There wasn’t enough toilet paper for both of us as well. I would only stay there for two nights if that all they offer to give us for the essential.
