Great place!

Great little cottage in a perfect location for a southern California getaway. Scott was an excellent host, and the property was exactly as described- it’s a quaint cottage with a park across the street, easy walk to the beach, and close to both Newport and Huntington. We rented beach cruiser bikes and biked everywhere. Very quiet, and it was nice not to be in a shared building. Thanks for a great stay!

**Rating: **We had a wonderful stay and would love to visit again! The property was incredibly cute and, most importantly, very clean. We were traveling with our pet, so finding such a welcoming, pet-friendly space was a huge win—especially with a park conveniently located right nearby for walks. The location is hard to beat; we loved being so close to both the beach and the marina. The host even left a thoughtful welcome gift of a bottle of Chardonnay and a delicious bag of local kettle-style chips, which was such a nice personal touch. Inside, the bed was very comfortable and the amenities provided were excellent, especially considering the great price point. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and well-located getaway!

The floors were not clean-they had not been mopped. Made my feet black each time I walked on the floor. The pull-out couch mattress was very thin and the springs broke while we were laying on the bed.The bathrooms are very tiny and the back room should be made into another master with a TV.Great location and very DOG FRIENDLY!
