Property is close to town, easy to walk to. Lots of room in the house and having the garage for out bikes was great. Would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our weekend trip to Bentonville. It was nice having 3 toilets available, we never had anyone waiting for the bathroom. The beds were comfortable. The host was communicative and flexible. We were able to pay for late checkout which allowed us to ride on our final day but still make it back to the house and shower before we had to go to the airport.

The Magnolia House was just as described in the listing. It was clean, had every amenity listed, and everything worked. It was spacious and comfortable. We all enjoyed our stay.
