Great location. Loved being right on the beach. The layout of the property was perfect. We had several families and we never felt crowded. The house was clean and comfortable. It could use some updates but for what we needed it was fine.

LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! However the house has a lot of deferred maintenance issues. The dishwasher in the cottage did not work.I spent a lot of time working with Ocean Reef trying to get the pool heated. It was never fixed. The upstairs bathroom leaked downstairs and water was dripping from the ceiling.I think for the amount of money spent,It should be in top condition. I don’t wantTo spend my vacation time dealing with maintenance issues.
