Home is comfy. Air conditioning is strong enough for Florida heat. Kitchen doesn’t really have an exhaust for any type of smoke so cooking beyond low heat could smoke up the entire dining/living room. The apt is well planned by the hosts though, laundry basket, beach/pool towels, grill utensils and trays and many items needed to leverage the amenities available. Washers are coin operated and the staff can bring you coins for exchange, cash not needed, hosts take all forms of Venmo Zelle cashapp

Excellent communication and very clean appartment.

This dad and his two adult offspring enjoyed staying in this little apartment. It was clean and comfortable and well supplied. The kitchen appeared to have all we would have needed to cook (though we didn't). We did appreciate the generous cache of morning coffee, though!

The condominium could use an update. The windows are old and barely visible to see out. Otherwise very clean.
