Good price value. Clean and functional

This was a very clean and well kept up place. The bed was very comfortable and we slept very well. Conveniently located near the beach and a lot of shops/restaurants. It was very quiet considering it was 4th of July weekend. We would definitely stay again.

Great location, very nice clubhouse and swimming pool.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The weather was perfect, the rental was not. We are regulars at N Padre and usually stay at the El Constante but they places that allowed pets got booked up. The Blue Water was nice and was almost pet friendly and CBC282 was ok. For pets and people that like to walk around barefoot, be very careful in the grass areas. My dogs got goat heads / stickers in their paws every time we took them out on the grass. Stairs are steep and the bed was arguably a queen that lost weight. Broken drawer in kitchen and access panel above shower looked suspect. The El C or nothing for us in the future.
