The house was beautiful and clean, exactly as shown in the pictures. The kitchen was fully stocked for your cooking needs. Comfy beds, and great pool which was private. Communication with the host was great, he was very accommodating with making a change for us. I would definitely recommend staying at this property.

The house was very clean upon arrival and the host communicated quickly with questions we had.

We were in town for our son to compete in a national football showcase at Paradise Coast, we didn’t need to find anything to do while in town because we enjoyed being at the house so much!! Everything we needed right there kids cooled off in the pool while we sat in shade on the beautiful lanai! Perfection

Overall, this is a good house. The home is located in a very nice neighborhood and is just minutes from 5th Avenue and Publix, which is extremely convenient. The property itself is in decent condition, and the private pool deck is definitely a highlight, it adds a lot of enjoyment and privacy to the stay. That said, it would be very helpful if the home had clearer instructions or labels for things like the fans, lights, and where certain items are stored. Having those details marked would make settling in much easier. The outdoor area could also benefit from improved pest control. Even though the lanai is covered, there were quite a few spiderwebs and worms around the pool deck, which took away from the overall experience.
