As advertised, clean and nicely furnished. Had everything we needed for a weeklong stay, especially the beach chairs and pass.Some minor but notable issues: upstairs shower had almost no pressure, right front stove burner had trouble working, gas grill was not cleaned, and the cabinets had several expired dry food items. Overall, we would stay there again due to the location.

It was well appointed and very comfortable both inside and outside for our family of four. The location allows for easy access to adventure, shopping and dining and the fire pit with s'mores was a great way to end long days at the beach. A nice bonus was the beach pass - amazing beaches to choose from in the area. We look forward to returning!

Unfortunately, the basement smelled like mold so badly that we could not use it. The kitchen had a bunch of earwigs and ants. It worked for our group as we were not home much. It would've been better if the main floor/kitchen-living room had a tv. The grill in the back is on it's last leg.
