Clean and updated home. Everything worked as advertised. Quiet neighborhood! Conveniently located off the highway and near restaurants and groceries.

We enjoyed our stay. This is truly a hidden gem. Check in was easy, host was extremely responsive when I had to reach out. Definitely would stay here again next time I’m in Jacksonville.

Carpet was nasty, big stains on it. 3 beds without complete sheet set (needed a flat sheet).
Rest of the house was clean and nice.
Liked the security system and security lights.
Gate to fence was falling down.
Location was a not-so-great neighborhood.
Was really close to Prime Osborn Convention Center, which was good.
