This house was perfect for our Cooperstown baseball tournament stay. Plenty of rooms, plenty of bathrooms, and best of all AC!!!!!
I didn’t think to check for AC since we are from Florida, but a heat wave came through and we were one of the few families that had a house with AC. It was amazing.
Another plus was it’s so close to the fields. Rain delays will ruin your experience here if you stay too far away from the fields, and location is so important. This place was perfect.
The owner was very attentive and couldn’t have been more helpful.
If you are coming to Cooperstown, this is your house to rent.

Host was easy to communicate with. Even when a problem arose, he got it fixed quickly. Maybe I didn’t read far enough in the description, but the only thing we were disappointed in was that 1 of the 4 “bathrooms” didn’t have a toilet, just a shower and sink.

Great property! Close to Dreamspark, plenty of room for 3-4 families. Pool was a fun bonus!
