We stayed for 2 months and really enjoyed the property. The back yard is fully fenced and it was perfect for our dog to lay in the shade. The location is very convenient for restaurants, golf, grocery store, etc.

Excellent host, great communication, very clean and well maintained, terrific location for coachella and surrounding restaurants. unlike some nearby neighborhoods with elaborate road networks, this access was super easy, yet also private. strongly recommended.

Enjoyed the back yard and easy access to everything. Chose to pay the extra to heat hot tub which we found worthwhile
