The condo was very clean and well stocked. A couple of items for consideration. The gas grill is a hazard. It is very rusted and should not be used in its current condition. Either replace and store in the garage area or remove it all together. As a property owner, I would consider it a liability. For the older folks, a book with the wifi, trash directions, restaurant recommendations and golf carts would be helpful. Not everyone lives in the digital age. Overall, we really enjoyed the open floor plan, comfy bedding, and location. We would stay here again, thank you! Tava

Property was clean. A little dated; pots and pans need to be replaced washer seal needs to be cleaned. Overall value for the money was ok.

Great place close to everything

Plastic pool chairs and recliners need to be replaced, Several of the people in my party got pinch by cracks in chairs. Propane barbecue needs to be replaced, very rusty inside has outlived his life. Other than that the establishment is a great place to go on vacation.
