Everything was great except for the first 2 1/2 days the air conditioning didn't work.

House was great. Perfect size for us. Clean and located near beach. Would definitely recommend this house to anyone with a large group

House is super close to the beach and had a lot of space. It accommodated our group well and was very convenient for walking to the beach. However the house was not cleaned really at all. When we arrived there was dog hair in the hall, sand and hair in the beds, dirty towels in every shower, sticky floors in the kitchen and crumbs on the counters. There was also no toilet paper or cleaning supplies in the house. Management was very nice when I called but overall I’m not sure of the messiness was outweighed by the benefits
