Super unique and comfortable property. Communication with Marv was among the best I've experienced. We received ample information ahead of time and opportunity to ask questions, although the info provided was so thorough we didn't need to. The space was perfect for our needs, with a very comfortable living room, well-sized kitchen, and great patio space. We loved the decor and personal touches. It was just a few minutes' drive to the delightful downtown area and very convenient to explore the Central Coast.

Very comfortable bed and pillows!! We actually came home and ordered a pair!Never did find the firepit, but it was too warm anyway. We weren't there except to sleep. the house was clean and check in was easy. Communication with Marvin was easy too. Would stay again. Thank you

We found the Cottage to be exactly as described. It was very clean and all essentials were provided. The location was great for us as it was 71/2 miles from SBP airport, just a few miles from Arroyo Grande, Grover Beach, Pismo and several vineyards. Marvin was quick to respond to any questions or concerns. As an older couple we struggled a bit with the TV remotes finding the channels/programs we normally watch. I would recommend this property for rental.
