If you are after a family friendly accommodation with a fresh modern feel then "196 NEWELL" has just that, set up and ready for a relaxing family escape, located just a short walk to the beach at Middleton. This lovely home consists of an open plan lounge and dining that flows through to the main bedroom with its own living retreat area. The modern and cozy styling will make you feel right at home.
This beach cottage has 3 bedrooms in total and 2 bathrooms. A nice front deck area to relax and a rear yard with fire-pit area, outdoor furniture and a gas BBQ.
The property has an enclosed rear yard for the kids to run and play.

Mattress protectors, quilts and quilt covers, pillows and pillow protectors are provided, but you are required to bring your own bedsheets, pillow cases, towels, bath mats and tea towels.
If you wish to hire linen, please contact our office and we will be happy to arrange this for you. The linen company requires a minimum of 3 days notification prior to your arrival to coordinate your hired linen, which will be delivered to the property prior to your arrival. Please note we do not offer a bed making service.
Each pack contains the following items and can be ordered to suit bedding configuration and guest numbers: Top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, bath towel, hand towel, bathmat, face washer and T-towel.
A security bond of $500 will be charged and is refundable after your stay.
Non-smoking. No Pets Allowed.

We had a lovely stay in Middleton, the accommodation was in an excellent location close to the beach. The property was well presented and clean. Very considerate and professional agent support.

good neighbourhood, calm with the sound of waves at night made my vacation trip. also a close proximity from 2 old towns with good restaurants. the house from inside was clean, insect free, alot of light. toilets are new and kitchen had a microwave although not in description. overall a very good experience

Holiday was fantastic, house was fantastic. 2 days of perfect weather, 3 days of cold weather. Neighbours were friendly. Nice and quiet area.
