House was great and the outdoor pool area was private and quiet. Temperature of pool was just right. Accommodations were very nice and clean. Highly recommend!

We had a great winter break; the home was clean, and the pool was perfectly heated.

We rented this beautiful home with another family for Spring Break week. Anyone that is familiar with 30a knows that spring break is one of the busiest times of year. We were pleasantly surprised that this home felt like a little oasis away from the busyness. It is setback from the street and the backyard is very private. The fact that the street it is on is not a through street is wonderful. The home itself had absolutely everything you could need. Having rented houses before we came prepared with many things and realized we really didn’t need to bring anything! What a sweet treat that was! The heated pool was perfect since the beach was pretty crowded, cool and windy. All of the bedrooms were very good sizes and the overall house was very quiet. We loved our stay and will definitely be back!
