Loved the private balcony and hot tub. This place is ideal for a romantic couple (and it would also be good for a single guest). No closet, but that didn't bother us. Totally open concept (little to no privacy), but that didn't bother us either. We loved this place and will rent it next time we come to the wine county. The location is ideal, close to the main strip, wineries, restaurants and an HEB. It's cute. It's got a large garden tub, a large shower, a large, comfy bed, privacy, plush towels, huge pillows, two bathrobes, a mini kitchenette and a breakfast table. On the porch is a great hot tub with nice jets, a shade unbrella, a love seat, two chairs she a table. Outside and inside, this place offered everything we needed, and everything is of high quality with a pleasing aesthetic design. Next time we're in Fredericksburg, this will be our number one option.

Room was as advertised. Great location. Would rent again

Very nice property for a weekend getaway. We enjoyed hiking; shopping; vineyards; and multiple lounges and restaurants during our 3 day visit.Convenient parking behind house and off of street. Was too warm to use hot tub on deck but would be perfect in fall/winter. Bathroom situation is a bit unique in that there is no door separating it from sitting and sleeping area. Not a problem with my wife and I but some may find it uncomfortable.

The room was very nice, cozy, and clean. It was a perfect getaway location for our anniversary ❤️.
