Enjoyed a relaxing stay overall because of nice amenities like the sauna, jacuzzi, and flat screen, but there were a few things that we were disappointed by. The property listing said that the kitchenette included utensils, plates, bowls, and dual hot plate. We arrived with food to cook on the hot plate but were not able to make any of it since we weren't told that there was no hot plate, knives, cutting board, bowls, etc. until we contacted the host. The sauna and bedding were clean, but some of the dishes were still dirty and an ant trap was spilled on the kitchen counter. We hoped for things to be a little more thoroughly cleaned and accurate to the listing for the price, but the host seemed nice and garage entrance was very convenient.

Great space, quiet and super comfortable bed!!!

My aunt and I came and stayed at Tim's property and had a fabulous time. His property is in the perfect location to explore all areas and sights in and around Annapolis. We really enjoyed the sauna and jacuzzi tub when we were home. Air conditioning worked perfectly. Tim was a very knowledgeable and a very gracious host. If we come to Annapolis again, this is the place I would stay. Thank you for everything Tim.

I'd highly recommend this property for a single person or a couple. I didnt get a chance to use the sauna or jacuzzi unfortunately, but place is very nice & comfortable. In a nice peaceful neighborhood, not far from downtown Annapolis. My next trip down , ill definitely book it again!
