Our family spent 4th of July here... its a beautiful house, impeccably clean and the owner was so easy to deal with. I would highly recommend this property. Thanks .... we will certainly rent with you again!

We loved our time! The house was clean and comfortable. It’s hard to please some of my family members, but there were no complaints from anybody about the house or our stay. and Mark was incredibly communicative and responsive. I would highly recommend staying here.

The property was very clean and well maintained. Host was very communicative and easy to work with.

Check-in was smooth, and the kitchen was well-equipped and pleasant to use. However, several aspects of the property fell short of expectations. The outdoor furniture was worn and dirty, and the grill had not been cleaned properly. The pool chemicals left a strong, unpleasant odor on the kids, and as a result, the adults chose not to use it. The hot tub had some dirty residue on the headrests, and the small waterfall feature was full of dirt and hair. This four-bedroom home is advertised as comfortably accommodating up to 10-12 guests. Our group of 10 (6 adults and 4 children) expected that basic amenities would be adequately stocked. While toilet paper was listed as an included amenity, it turned out to be only a limited “starter” supply—enough for just a few days. There was no mention of this beforehand, so we had to make an unplanned, last-minute trip to purchase more. Clear communication about this detail would have been appreciated, especially since we’ve never encountered this issue in similar vacation rentals in the past.
