Very adequate for our family of 5 during a business trip to Houston. We had a two week stay and found the house comfortable, adequately stocked, safe, and clean. It is not luxurious but much nicer than a hotel room (and the price was about the same as the homewood suites I often visit.) The kids loved the pool. There was great water pressure and hot water. (Which matters when multiple people need to shower post-pool time.) The mattresses and couches are well used but clean. Overall we are very pleased with our stay!

We were there in the summer and the main house didn’t get very cool. The AC ran most of the time and just couldn’t catch up, to be expected in older homes. The additional bedroom has its own unit and it was very cool back there!

Needs alot of repairs. This is could be an amazing rental if repairs were done, better furniture in living/dining room, better cookware. Would like communication about check-in sooner than was given. Wrong paperwork left. Mostly clean, but walls are dirty. We did enjoy the stay.
