Fantastic location with walkable distance to Main Street with all stores/restaurants and only a 15-20 minute drive away from Whiteface Mountain. The home itself was very clean and spacious, with a perfect number of bedrooms and bathrooms to host all 10 members of our group. Bedrooms upstairs were quiet even with noise downstairs, which was great as we brought our children along with us and they were able to sleep soundly. Great communication with hosts before the trip, which was much appreciated. Highly recommend this spot for anyone taking a trip to Lake Placid!

The entire house was perfectly maintained and prepared. Everything was very clean and inviting and our group was very comfortable staying here. We really enjoyed our stay and are hoping to return next year!

The place was perfect. Big and roomy, excellent location, spacious for 12 adults. And very well maintained!

Tobias Place is a wonderful classic home with plenty of space for a three generation ski vacation. It is located within walking distance of downtown Lake Placid and a short ride to Whiteface Mountain. The downstairs has a modernized kitchen along with a large dining room and a very large classic family room. We had a wonderful week.
