It is a magical place that exceeded my expectations in every way. The beauty of the property, the quality of the service, and the attention to detail were all truly wonderful. Everything about the experience was amazing

I was very disappointed with this booking. My family and I go out yearly to Broken Bow for a family get together and this was by far the worst. We had originally booked a really nice large cabin and canceled it since we wanted a pool. We got to the cabin the pool was green and dirty. The hot tub did not work for the first day. The codes for the club house did not work. I had my guest waiting until they reset the code. The AC stopped working in the main house. My parents are elderly and they were so stressed with all the issues we had. The pool guy that was suppose to come fix it never came. The AC repair man came very very late at night. The upper bunk beds were not clean they had hairs on sheets and pillows which confirms they did not clean the cabin properly. Spiders, bugs and roaches in the home. They really need a better cleaning company. I will never come back to this cabin and will also be complaining of these issues to the company because for the money we spent we should definitely get compensated back for this. Also the main home was not a 3 bedroom house it was only two bedrooms and the master has 4 small bunks in it which is the size of a closet. I strongly advise to not book this home due to the number of issues. My children and grandparents have multiple bits from the cabin. They need to really deep clean the cabin.

The electric wires on the ground and the chairs were broken by fire pit and very lose chairs in dining room are not safe

Plenty of clean bed and amenities on site. At the end of a cup de sac so no traffic around. Air conditioner worked great in all rooms. Very large living room great for everyone to gather together and visit or eat a meal.

Great house - more potties would make it ideal for the number of folks it hosts.
