The place or room was very conveniently located to parking, elevator, pool, and lobby. The view of the mountains was breathtaking and unbelievable. If ever comeback to Banff and Canmore, this place is awesome!!! Thank you so much. Our family experience was excellent.

We loved everything about this property - the rooms, the cleanliness, the communication, the facilities, the view,, accessibility to the town, parking etc. except for the AC. Unfortunately on the day we booked this property the AC was not working due to an accident which made our stay very uncomfortable.
