Excellent location, nice building and common space.
Nothing. But, if it was hot, an air conditioner would be necessary.

Property was clean, amenities Match as mentioned on booking.con
The elevator is quite old, which seems charming at first but than it stopped working by the evening of the first day and than we didn’t feel comfortable using it after, worried it could get stuck again, and there is no apartment staff at the property.
