I like the spacious nature of the reception area, very beautiful and clean…wide dining area with an excellent options (tho Indian dishes dominate though there were international clients)… very quiet and beautiful parks and neighborhoods, too far from downtown, the efficiency of the bell boys (Yasir and a name Pashto (sorry if i spelled incorrectly), they were super amazing..overall wonderful experience 🙏
Ahhh tiny room, exaggerated price, the disturbing green alarm light inside the room, the unfriendly (no smile + ignorant receptionist lady Bella-improve your unwelcoming gesture!!!), noise easily audible & was disturbed mostly, my request wasn’t fulfilled a bit tho I asked weeks ago….

Location, clean spacious room.
Mixed experience. While room maintenance issues were resolved (lack on hot water, drain blockage, AC leaks), the check-out felt unprofessional. The receptionist asked me to wait for a room inspection, even though there was no minibar and a deposit was already on my credit card. I found this unnecessary.

The location as it was next to my purpose of visit. Otherwise it is away from everything.
The staff is trained to be strict even with the water bottles. They ask for money before providing any service. The food is also just ok.
