Great layout. Short walk to the Main Street. But away from the noise of the busy street. Bedrooms with en-suites. Synthia was awesome, friendly and did a great job of cleaning and preparing the floating breakfast.
Toilets clogged a few times. Pool floor is rough in a few areas and took the skin off under the toes of my son and father in-laws.

- Villa is in a perfect location and still quiet even though close to the main street
- Comfortable rooms, nice pool and aircon in all rooms, big lounge area suitable for 4+ people
- Lovely staff and easy check in and check out
- Not a brand new villa as advertised and it could have been cleaner especially the bathrooms, mirrors, stained towels etc.
- One bedroom door was very difficult to open

Modern villa located in the heart of Seminyak. Walk easily everywhere. Nice open living space to congregate. Great pool and social environment. Family of 7 loved our stay. Highly recommend.
Construction noises which were out of our hosts control . Often late at night.
Some showers didn’t function really well. Minor details.
