Residence Inn by Marriott Montreal Midtown

This is a beautiful hotel! The rooms are amazing. The breakfast is great with so many options. We booked two rooms and utilized the Parkade, the breakfast, the pool, laundry and the in room amenities such as the dishwasher and fridge. It was perfect for families. The rooms were so spacious. We could easily park our stroller in the room without feeling like it took up all the extra space. The breakfast always had a huge mix of fresh fruit, yogurt, eggs, a protein, waffles, bagels and breads with cream cheese or butter, etc. It was all perfect. The laundry was accessible, in working order and took coins which made it easy. The pool is just okay for kids. It’s nothing special but still fun to use. The location of the hotel is close to the subway entrance. The actual subway is not overly accessible with their escalators being in disrepair and traveling with a stroller, we struggled with the long haul dragging it up the stairs. Not the hotels fault, just giving a heads up to anyone who might have accessibility needs and is booking for a location close to a subway entrance. We would absolutely book this hotel again for a short or longer stay in Montreal.

Breakfast is really great! Variety of croissants, baked goods with hot entrees (sausages, eggs, omelettes, etc). They clean rooms every day! Sheets are super clean. Parking is a bit of an issue when parking on the street, but the hotel garage is available for an extra fee. Pool and laundry on site. Very friendly and welcoming staff!

Fantastic helpful pleasant staff, beautiful large room +general spaces, immaculate clean, wonderful delicious breakfast with lots of fresh choices. Why stay anywhere else in MTL? 10-stars out of 5! 👍👍👍👍
