A very clean, comfortable and beautifully located apartment. It comes equipped with everything you might need, including a fabulous host. It’s hard to imagine someone who could be more available, responsive, and sincerely interested in your well-being than Fabrizio. He frequently reaches out to ask how he might be of assistance. Italy is known for friendliness and hospitality, but Fabrizio is truly next level. I’m still trying to figure out how to give this review an 11th star.

Occasionally a little noisy, but that is the price of being in the center of things in Rome. The well insulated window glass and the sound of the air conditioning largely mitigated this. If you want to be in the middle of things, this is a small price to pay. Alternatively, you could go down stairs to the excellent restaurant below and join the party :-)

Location, host and charm

Location location location.

Poor lighting and very loud fan in bathroom, window blind didn’t work, so could not darken for sleeping, hosts and workers had to come multiple times to repair items . They responded quickly but it was disturbing on more than one occasion. The host made many overtures to meet for coffee, lunch, aperitif, even after I politely declined. I wish that more attention had been paid to the condition of the apartment and less effort to be friends.
