Location excellent

We were given a room which had damp in on the walls in the bedroom. The smell was bad and the damp wasn’t good in the main bedroom We had trouble sleeping and woke up not feeling well. They were full booked and didn’t not have alternative room

Very quiet and peaceful yet still in a central location. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable.

There was nothing we didn’t like and these are minor things but we couldn’t find an English speaking station on the TV and as we had a suitcase each a second luggage stand would have been useful.

Beautiful decorated & well maintained room in a fabulous courtyard setting . Staff very polite & accommodating, walk from Duomo about 10 mins so fantastic location also

Great location, clean rooms

We booked a triple room (so had 2 beds for 2 people) they tried to charge an extra €30 per night to use the second bed. Despite us having booked a 2 bed room they assumed we wouldn’t use the second bed for some reason. They said they assumed the second bed wasn’t going be used and had to pay for it on top of what we paid due to the cleaners they had to pay. We were only staying2 nights and didn’t need the sheets changing so stated this, we were then told the cleaning staff were unlikely to come as they don’t come everyday. It was really odd & we were told we were not allowed to use the second bed even though that’s why we booked the room. The staff were very rude & not helpful at all. Needless to say we didn’t pay the additional fee as it was ridiculous to be charged for a made up bed when we’d booked the room specifically to use both beds. Very disappointed with this.
