It was an excellent location

Location was great, near train station, coffee, gelato, restaurants. Cost effective.
Shared bathroom.
Could not check in early despite messaging that we would like to and it was given as an option. No one actually at the property, info to get in provided by DM over Booking.com at 3:15pm.

The location is really great. The accommodation is surrounded by nice bars and restaurants. Good shower and toiletries. This place would be ideal for a couple who wants to explore Venice.
AC is a portable unit; the window needs to be half-open to fit the AC's exhaust hose.
The common area could have more personality.

Good location short walk away from the train station. Had a kitchen and shared living space.
Floors were dirty. Only got given the check in details as we were stood at the door of the property. Only after calling multiple times did they send the instructions across. The air conditioning unit was very loud and had to funnel out of the window, so if you wanted to sleep with the air conditioning on it would be very loud.
