Boutique Hotel Cordial Plaza Mayor de Santa Ana

Nice Hotel in the old town on Plaza Mayor Santa Ana square. Right in the heart of the old town with very short walk to the cathedral, Columbus house, museum of the Canaries and Modern art gallery. Comfortable rooms. Rooftop terrace with bar open from 15:00 to 23:00. Very friendly staff, both in the hotel and terrace bar.

Small breakfast room (only about 7 twin tables), so you have to book a breakfast slot, limited breakfast choice. The main beach, Playa de las Canteras, is over an hours walk away from the old town so if this is your priority then the hotel is in the wrong area.

This hotel far exceeded my expectations across the board! The location is elite, and the staff were always super friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The value here is really awesome! There's an amazing courtyard outside right next to a famous monument, plus tons of great restaurants just a short walk away. The room had nice air conditioning, tall vaulted ceilings that made it feel super roomy, and a balcony to the courtyard that was great for hanging out. Clean, affordable, great amenities, professional staff, superb location, and everything else I can think of were 10/10.

Everything was perfect. Loved every minute of my stay. Zero complaints. Can't even think of one thing that wasn't exceptional.

Beautiful period property. Small boutique hotel beautifully decorated

I booked it only for a rooftop view. It was nice. The only advantage.

Super loud district. There was a concert just in front until midnight 3 days in a row... also, the sewer stank, the shower and sink drained poorly, and the shower leaked into the room. Breakfast is a very limited offer. Far from the beach and nothing interesting in that area.
