Location was very good and it was quiet at night. The bed was very comfortable, AC working well. Alice is super nice and made us feeling welcomed from the first time we met her! Big room!

It’s a bit old, the bathroom is outside the room (not far at all but you have to exit the room). No elevator, it might be hard if you have big luggages but if you only have a backpack it’s super fine!

Alice and her husband were so welcoming and helpful throughout my stay - Alice sent me helpful instructions to find the property before I arrived and self check-in was easy and smooth. She also sent regular WhatsApp messages to check if everything was okay ☺️ The apartment was lovely, spacious and homely, with a comfortable bed and air conditioning. The location is perfect and feels very safe for a solo female traveller. There are lots of lovely cafes in the area and it was the perfect base for me to explore Hanoi! There’s also a rooftop terrace where you can do laundry.
