Location was great to explore this area of the city. The view from the terrace was stunning. Mehmet always helped us with everything from airport transfers to carrying our luggage upstairs.

Great location and the staff were helpful and flexible. It’s good for what you pay, but amenities are a bit mixed. Works for a short stay!

We booked the apartment with terrace, was not possible to stay there! Apartment within roof, only very very short people can stay in this aoartment! Description of this room should mention this! Was able to move to another room, but lost the terrace! Hotel shows evidence of constant and continuous water damage on floors(laminates lift) and cupboards damaged and swolen)

The location is quite favorable. The staff are welcoming and supportive. We arrived with one set of towels in the apartment; after mentioning this to the receptionist, he provided another set immediately. The cleaning lady was equally helpful. We received only one thin blanket on our first night—perhaps it had been warmer before our arrival—but after speaking with her, she replaced it with a thicker one. Since then, she has checked daily to ensure we have everything we need.

- the stove and pots are full of rust and damage. The hood’s lights don’t work. - the floor is pealing off - the shower is missing the door, so the water goes everywhere after a shower - the shower head leaks on the side and cannot be used at all, only the rain shower works which make water goes even further without the shower door - the hair drier handle is broken and releases bad smell - there was no water in one morning without any advance notice - we closed the living room door, and it locked itself - wifi was so bad and disconnects all the time - the light in the hallway can't be turned off - the walls are paper-thin. Conversations can be heard clearly both from outside and inside
