The location was excellent — very central and convenient for exploring Málaga on foot. Nacho was responsive throughout our stay and communication was generally easy. We especially appreciated that he continued responding when we had an issue on our departure day.

We had two significant issues. Earlier in our stay, my wife noticed a dead cockroach in the lobby/common area. Then, on our fourth night, she got up to use the bathroom and, when she turned on the light, saw three cockroaches in the bathroom. This was unpleasant and raised concerns about pest control. The second issue occurred when I accidentally left my phone inside the apartment and we were locked out. I fully accept that this was my mistake. Nacho responded and offered to come for a €50 charge, or we could wait for the cleaners. We chose to wait, but the expected arrival times changed and we ultimately waited several hours, significantly delaying our departure from Málaga. While we accept responsibility for the lockout, we felt more could have been done to accommodate us once the delay became so long. A secure spare key, lockbox, nearby keyholder or other backup arrangement would provide a much better solution for something that can occasionally happen to guests. Nacho remained responsive, which we appreciated, but the property could have a more effective emergency-access procedure.

Purtroppo nonostante la via non era centralissima all'interno dell'appartamento si sentivano tanto i rumori provenienti da fuori per via delle finestre che non chiudevano proprio bene. Consiglio per il gestore lasciare qualche cialda dato che c'è la macchina del caffè sarebbe fantastico

La ubicación es perfecta. Piso renovado, limpio y con todas las facilidades. La comunicación con Nacho fue excelente.

El colchón del sofá cama del salón es bastante incómodo y las ventanas no cuentan con persianas o cortinas por lo que es complicado dormir desde que amanece. Además no está insonorizado y hay bastante ruido desde temprano. Esperaba más por el alto precio que pagamos.

The apartment is a decent size but it’s pretty basic: no curtain to the street, so No privacy. Light gets in too. It’s very noisy even with the windows shut. The bedroom is quieter but still noisy. No kettle, no coffee. Old uncomfortable sofa. Broken clothes hanger …. Very disappointing.

Noisy. Basic. Not welcoming.
