Proxima Centauri Hotel

The location was ok. The Staff where ok. There was power cut off, though was later restored.

The Complimentary breakfast was below standard and they don't have menu choices. I had to y Talk to the GM to allow for menu option for me, though when the Yam and egg sauce was serviced it was more can a paediatric dose!!

The serenity of the hotel, the friendly staff, neat facility and meals.

The location was quite inside the estate. A bit far from the major road.

Good Clean Hotel but the Staff were very unfriendly especially the receptionist on the day of check out

Rude and harassing receptionist on the day of checkout.Keep insisting I should hurry and leave the room when it was barely 12pm

1. The cleanliness. 2. Ate three different meals and they were all delicious. 3. Secured compound.

1. Keys are being submitted to reception on every exit. 2. Staff do not smile. Not very friendly. 3. Observed that request for receipts was not well received. One kitchen staff member even said “I’ll have to confirm the price again if you need a receipt.” Indeed, the price was now lower. 4. Menu is treated as confidential. None is available in the room, and even on request, a staff member holds it while you scan through. Even photographs of it were not accepted. 5. The gym and swimming pool are each in different compounds.
