Boutique Macchiato Rooms

Very clean, well-kept hotel with friendly, welcoming staff. The underground garage is a real plus, and it has an 11 kW EV charger on site. Having a good restaurant inside the hotel was excellent and very convenient. The location is handy too. Overall almost everything was great. Without the Wi‑Fi problem this would have been a 10.

The Wi‑Fi is the one big problem, and it is serious. It dropped constantly on every device we had (three people, several phones and laptops). There were some stable periods, but most of the time we kept switching between the room network and the café network to find one that worked. Often one device would be connected while another had nothing, and a few minutes later it was the other way round. If you need to work, this is a real issue. EV charging is a flat €20 per session, whatever you actually charge. Topping up from 60% to 80% costs the same as 20% to 100%, which is expensive for a short top-up. Per-kWh pricing would be much fairer. Reception also gave us two different prices, 200 dinars from one person and €20 from another, so it would help if all staff had the same information. A minor point: the restaurant menu showed different prices for the same dish. I saw three versions for one item. The differences were small, but it's confusing.

Nice room and the Restaurant

Clean and comfortable staff was awesome

Due to an unforseen medical problem we had to give our room to a second party travelling to the same location and the hotel was very accommodating with the change. The person loved her stay and couldn't have been happier with both the hotel and the staff. A big bonus for her was that the hotel has private parking.
