Everything was ideal. Clean, comfortable and the spa pool area was a real highlight. Close to everything in the CBD.

Clean room. Amenities good….washing machine and dryer. Limited supplies…..infact insufficient supplied in room for 4 day stay.

It was an incredible place to stay and I highly recommend this location when in Melbourne! The location was perfect, the room was wonderful and the staff were exceptional! A special shout out to the gentleman, Mr. Nimish (sorry about the spelling!)- he was the overnight front desk gentleman that was available Friday morning (28 August). We were trying to get to the airport and our rental car battery had died. When we went back to the hotel, he was so incredibly kind and helpful and was willing to call someone to help us! His kindness will never be forgotten and just made staying at the location an even better experience!
