The Cozy Cottage was very clean. The location was excellent to downtown Hendersonville and surrounding services. Beds were comfortable. Television and HVAC were great. The property was as described. Pet friendly with large flat yard was nice. Current height of bathroom toilets would be a problem for seniors or those with disabilities. ADA height would definitely be welcomed. More face cloths would have been appreciated. We felt safe here and would stay again if in Hendersonville.

Very clean property. The house is very spacious and was perfect for my family to get together for the holidays.

We needed a place close to Jackson Park and Downtown Hendersonville for an event over the weekend and Vicki's house was perfect. Plenty of room for 3 people and pet friendly, with a neighboring field perfect for playing fetch with the pup. The house is clean and spacious and its location is hard to beat. Thank you!
