From the beginning, Neil was very accessible for questions and concerns. He was the model host as an individual and provided a beautiful home in which you actually forget that you are staying at someone else’s place. He made it feel like home and we enjoyed ourselves to the fullest. It can’t get any better than this, chefs kiss!

Easy to access, and great location. Neil was very thorough and helpful. Condition of property was as expected for the great price. A/C was locked at 76 degrees. We are used to 72 degrees, but ceilng fans made up for it. Be sure to lower the roller shade at the primary bedroom glass door or the room will get hot, as warned in check in instructions. Great spot!

Towels were in short supply-none in 1 bathroom. Lighting is extremely poor. I recommend investment in light bulbs. Location is very convenient to University, and we had ample space for our stay.
