We had a wonderful stay at this Santa Fe property. The fresh flowers on the dining room table and Fiji water in the refrigerator were such thoughtful touches and made us feel very welcome. The home has a nice open layout, a comfortable living room, a very nice kitchen, and beautiful artwork throughout. We especially loved the adobe style and all the Santa Fe character. The location was excellent — close to historical Santa Fe attractions, shopping, and restaurants, which made everything very convenient. The front and back patios were a lovely place to spend time while enjoying the beautiful weather.Future guests should know that the home has a few level changes, including a step down into the living room, a fairly high step into one of the showers, and beautiful wooden stairs to the second floor. This home is best for people who are comfortable climbing stairs. It was not a problem for us, but it is something to keep in mind for anyone with mobility concerns. Overall, this is a beautiful and welcoming place to stay, and we really enjoyed our visit.

This property is very clean and comfortable. The location is great—very convenient to downtown. The underground parking is a definite plus.

Casa Esperanza is a beautifully appointed home. It really felt like a luxury hotel stay but with the flexibility and benefits of a home stay. Santa Fe Vacation rentals organized flowers for our wedding anniversary too, which was a lovely surprise to walk into. It was surprisingly close to the downtown plaza too, in a quiet but welcoming neighborhood. I would definitely recommend this place to stay.
