We had a wonderful stay at the Garden House. The home is cozy, spotless and well maintained, with great amenities that made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The owners were incredibly kind, helpful and responsive, always quick to answer any questions and ensured we had everything we needed. We truly felt welcomed and would happily stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay.

We enjoyed the lovely heritage home of a family that has been in the Oneonta area for decades. This was a trip for a senior returning to the area of his childhood and high school years. The home was about 10 to 15 minutes from anything we visiting in Oneonta. The home, built in 1935, was a little short on outlets in the bedrooms.

This very comfortable guest house demonstrates the love and care the owners continue to have for their home. We had requested a grill for cooking outside, and it was delivered before we returned from our day. Overall a wonderful weekend. Thanks so much!!
