We enjoyed staying here while our son played at All Star Village. Pioneer Cottage had everything that we needed and Barbara communicated very well before our arrival. I also enjoyed the proximity to Hartwick college and Oneonta and walking to both. Only drawback the steep staircase to bathroom located on first level, while bedroom upstairs.

Charming cottage perfect for parents with kids playing at ASV, which was less than 8 minutes away. Great communication with owner throughout the entire process from booking to check out. Definitely would recommend staying here!

This was a perfect place for myself and my 9 year old while my husband and other son stayed at All Star Village. It was clean, quiet, and so close to the fields. We would for sure stay here again!

Perfect for us! Location is perfect if you’re playing at all star village! Very clean! Barbara even had a cute little game that my hubby was obsessed with figuring out, and lots of other things there for you. A true homey experience. Cons: if you are older- the stairs are a little steep and you have to go down them to use the bathroom at night, but for us it was ok. Also “Baked and Brewed” around the corner for coffee and bagels! Sooo good and nice people. Thanks again Barbara!
